...so what am i bringing on this journey with me...not very much...as can be seen by the photo.
...i have to thank all my friends who have travelled to india previously...thanks Kathi and Maya...for all the tips...i normally travel farely light...i have never travelled this light though...4 pairs of socks hiking runners 4 t-shirts shorts pants belt cap sandles sleeping bag books canon camera (will talk about this more later) and a food odds and ends like head lamp tooth brush towel etc.
...things are inexpensive in india clearly and the materials they wear work well for the climate that they live in...so it makes little sense to bring a lot of gear with me from a colder rain forest climate like vancouver.
...everything fits in a little back pack that reine leant me...the canon camera (which takes up 30% of the back pack) is a new art tool that i bought myself and it's very exciting for me... while i was in paris last october reine leant me her D SLR with 3 lens...i had so much fun with it...those of you who are camera buffs will understand the excitement of looking through a SLR lens...i will post my pics on flickr and in my blog.
...and that's all i have to say about that...except that my plan is to come home with a light n empty pack...let me know if there are things that you would like me to look for...i can't promise anything...since i will be traveling light i will be shipping packages home.
