Dear Friends and Lovers,

Please remind me

Because I so easily forget just how precious this moment is.

Sometimes I am fooled into looking for something greater

Oh my friends,
Oh my lovers,

Please remind me,
For I am often dim-witted.

Sometimes when enjoying a luscious salad,
Or coffee and a brownie with my friends,
I fail to see how wondrous a simple thing like that is.
I am often blind my friends and I fail to see how
Jaw-droppingly gorgeous we All are.

My Lovers, I beg of you.
Help me out of this darkness!

Please remind me ten times, no, one hundred times a day,
That just to breathe, just to hear the birds greet the Sun in the
Morning, just to look into your eyes, is itself the joy of existence
The joy of Heaven.

I am terribly prone to live in the past-future, I beg
Of you to continuously shake me until the glory
Of this very HERE-NOW
Becomes as clear as water from the purest mountain stream.

Convince me, my lovers, that there be no thing or power, no event nor gathering, nothing large or small, spiritual or material, joyous or depressing, miraculous or stupendous,
Fantabulous or far-out, voluptuous or volcanic, rock n'roll included, that should Give me any reason to wait and forfeit the moment at hand.

My friends, My enemies, My lovers, My Self, My God, My Nature, I call to all of you from each corner of my Heart and Being! I am at your\nmercy, and kneeling on the ground

Please….Help me. I am so prone to forget...That All the Great Masters And All the Great Teachers And All the True Prophets and Saints And All of\nNature's creatures

Are gently directing us toward one single point in the vastness of the space-time continuum

THIS ONE!

Please forgive me, My Lord, My Earth, My Friends, It seems I often fail to see the Miracle of Now and love You completely just as you are in the only moment I can.

But as for this moment right here, let me rise from my stupor and say "You are so Miraculous…and I love you so"

ait and forfeit the moment at hand.

My friends, My enemies, My lovers, My Self, My God, My Nature,
I call to all of you from each corner of my Heart and Being!
I am at your mercy, and kneeling on the ground

And All the Great Teachers
And All the True Prophets and Saints
And All of Nature's creatures
